Charity Spotlight: Free Arts of Arizona

As exciting as the Luxury Designer Showcase will be as a
must-see design event, it is more than just an exhibition of the best talent in
all areas of design operating in the Phoenix area. LuxePros is proud to be partnering
with local charity Free Arts of Arizona, as our way of giving back to the
community and ensuring that everyone has access to an arts education.

Free Arts has been serving Arizona for over two decades,
helping children and young adults manage and overcome abuse and neglect with
the aid of weekly mentoring programs, workshops with professional artists, and
a variety of specialized summer camps. Also, Free Arts provides a Youth
Leadership Team, founded and primarily operated by teens who want to provide a
safe space for continued access to the programs even after children leave the
foster system.

Utilizing the system of “Art with Intention,” Free Arts
crafts unique, thoughtful programs which are designed to “promote safety,
self-expression and a sense of belonging.” These three things are of
incalculable importance to the children that Free Arts serves, most of whom live
in foster care homes, domestic violence or homeless shelters, and residential
treatment centers. When Free Arts was founded in Arizona by Margaret Beresford
and Stephanie Small, they did so with a powerful belief in healing through the
power of the humanities and the support of like-minded individuals.

LuxePros is
honored to be another supporter for such a cause. A percentage of ticket sales
for the upcoming Luxury Designer Showcase will benefit Free Arts of Arizona, so
that victims of neglect and abuse can find emotional sanctuary and the next
generation of potential artists and designers, no matter where they come from,
can discover their calling.
